A classic experience across on/offline world

Starting a collaboration with another creative studio can be challenging, but this time, based on trust, everything went smoothly. Joanna invited us to evolve and reimagine the brand for the modern-day woman in order to compete with recent architecture studios. After conducting research, we identified a new target customer and built a new brand strategy to drive the company’s growth. We then created a new brand expression with elegant design.

We worked closely with Joanna to re-imagine and evolve her brand, with the goal of appealing to the modern-day woman and competing with other architecture studios in the industry. We conducted extensive research to identify Joanna's target customer and built a new brand strategy that would drive the company's growth.

Our team then created a new brand expression with elegant design and re-imagined the entire customer journey from top to bottom. We introduced a new brand strategy, identity, and webpage, and the results were incredible. After these changes, Joanna's fiscal year sales increased by 15% (from 0% to 15%). The hourly rates also increased by 35%. This represents a significant boost to her business, and she was thrilled with the results.

In addition to these financial gains, the brand perception also improved significantly, with higher scores based on post-service surveys. Overall, our collaboration with Joanna was a huge success, and we are proud to have been a part of her journey towards growth and success.
