Submissions are delivered directly to our business email inbox. We do not currently store contact form submissions in any separate CRM, database, or third-party tool.

We retain your message and contact details for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping afterward — generally no longer than 24 months, unless an ongoing business relationship continues beyond that period.
